Location: Caldera House – 3275 W Village Dr, Teton Village, WY 83025
Floor 5 (Hotel Staff will greet guests in the main lobby)
Time: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Join us the night before for a relaxed Welcome Party at Caldera House in Teton Village. We’ll be gathering for tacos, tequila, and good company as we kick off our wedding celebration weekend. Come say hello, meet fellow guests, and soak in the mountain views with live music offered on the Teton just outside on the commons!
Attire: Mountain Casual – Jeans, boots, flannels, sundresses, or anything comfortable for a summer evening in the Tetons. A light jacket or layer is recommended once the sun sets.
Food & Drink: Tacos and tequila (plus all the usual drinks) will be provided.
Transportation & Parking: Parking is available in Teton Village. Uber/Lyft, & the START Bus also provides hourly rides to Teton Village from Jackson. No private shuttle service will be provided for this event, so please plan your own transportation.

Ceremony Details
Location: Diamond Cross Ranch, 24340 Diamond Cross Road, Moran, Wyoming 83013 (35 miles from Jackson)
Time: 5:00 PM
Attire: Cocktail Attire with a Western Flare. Think bolo ties, cowboy hats, cowboy boots, dressy/casual slacks, anything that makes you feel celebratory! (Madison said no blue jeans, please.) The ceremony and dinner will be held on grass, so maybe rethink your stilettos! Once the sun sets, it can get chilly, you may want to bring a light jacket.
Transportation: Complimentary Transportation will be provided to and from the venue, departing from Jackson at 4:00-4:15 PM from Home Ranch Lot in Downtown Jackson (250 N Cache Street, Jackson, WY 83001.) If you prefer to drive there will is plenty of parking available.
***Shuttle Transportation will only be provided at the beginning and end of the event, not throughout. Shuttles will head back to Jackson at 8:30 PM to continue the celebration at Caldera House in Teton Village. Shuttles will run on a loop throughout the evening to take guests from Teton Village to Downtown Jackson.

Pickup Location: Home Ranch Lot: 250 N Cache St, Jackson, WY 83001
5:00 PM: Guest arrival
5:30 PM: Ceremony begins
5:45 PM: Cocktail hour
7:00-8:30 PM: Dinner
8:30 PM: Shuttles depart for Caldera House for late night Celebration
Reception - Caldera House
8:30 PM: Shuttles depart for Caldera House in Teton Village
9:15 PM – Late: Reception at Caldera House - Drinks, dancing, late night snacks, s’mores around the fire pit, and entertainment featuring DJ Smiley
Late Night: Shuttles will run on a loop throughout the evening to return guests to Jackson or their place of stay in Teton Village. Kids are welcome to join us for dancing and drinks at Caldera House. However, If you want to drop the kids off and join us for the late night celebrations child-free please feel free to do so! For babysitting services Jacksonholebabysitting.com has been recommended as a reputable provider.

Guests who leave their vehicles at Diamond Cross Ranch Overnight must pick them up by 8:30a
Uber/Lyft may get you to the ceremony at Diamond Cross Ranch but will not take you home from the venue. Therefore, if you need to leave Diamond Cross Ranch prior to 8:30p and don’t want to drive, we recommend scheduling a ride in advance through A Black Car Service.
